All sales are final. Due to the nature of heavy equipment, CJH Equipment does not accept returns on mini excavators or skid steers.

We encourage all customers to thoroughly review specifications, request quotes, and ask questions before making a purchase decision. We're here to help you choose the right equipment for your needs.

Manufacturer Warranty

All new Rippa equipment is backed by manufacturer warranty coverage through Rippa. Contact us for complete warranty details and a copy of the warranty documentation specific to your equipment.

If you experience issues with your equipment:

• Contact CJH Equipment first - we're your primary point of contact
• We'll diagnose the issue and determine if it's covered under warranty
• We'll coordinate with Rippa for warranty parts and support
• We'll guide you through the warranty claim process

Post-Warranty Support

After your warranty expires, we're still here to help.

We provide lifetime technical support for all equipment purchased from CJH Equipment:

• Troubleshooting assistance to diagnose problems
• Help identifying necessary parts and components

• Parts ordering support (parts sold separately after warranty)
